Hiswa Amsterdam Boat Show

From the 2nd until the 7th of March the Hiswa Boat Show will take place in Amsterdam. The HISWA is the largest in-house boat show in the Benelux, with more then 200 exhibitors.

Hublot Palmavela RCNP

The PalmaVela was founded in 2004, with the aim to get the audience closer to the sailing experience. At this race, held from April 15 till April 19, different yachts will compete; from modern maxi’s to sole boats and of course the classical vintage boats.

Delta Lloyd Regatta

This year, from May 26 to 30, the Delta Lloyd Regatta will take place in Medemblik. This sailing event is characterized as the most innovative international regatta for Olympic classes in Europe with 1,000 participants, divided over 700 boats from more than 50 countries.

WC 470

In 2010 the Netherlands will organize the WC 470 which will be held in Medemblik. The Netherlands is very successful in the International 470 class, which also has an Olympic status, several teams won gold at a World Cup.

Copa del Rey RCNP

The Copa del Rey is the biggest sailing competition in Spain, with over 100 sailing yachts from 16 different countries participating, divided into three fleets.

Gaastra and Sneek Week; two Friesian sailing traditions united

Sneek Week ('Sneekweek') is the biggest sailing event held in European inland waters. The focus of the event is on sailing and its passionate participants, right from its spectacular start up to the very last day of the competition.

Sail Amsterdam 2010

From August 19th till August 23rd 2010 the 8th edition of SAIL Amsterdam will take place. During the SAIL event impressive fleets will be present in the IJ (the river which runs through Amsterdam), such as Tall ships, maritime heritage, modern ships, naval ships and replicas.

Hiswa te Water

The Hiswa te Water is the largetst in-water boat show of Europe, which will take place from August 31 till September 5 at Seaport Marina of IJmuiden. At the boat show you can find all sorts of boats, ranging in length from 7 to 30 meters.

Delta Lloyd open Sailing championship for Olympic & Paralympic

In 2010, the first qualifier for the 2012 Paralympic Games will be held at the IJsselmeer in Medemblik. There are approximately 200 participants expected from several countries.

Les Voiles de Saint Tropez

From 26 September to 3 October 2010, Saint-Tropez will host the internationally renowned Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez sailing event. People from all corners of the world visit this event to view the most beautiful sailing vessels in the world and witness the extremely challenging regattas.
